Return or rejection policy for the product for the Inver platform
We wish all users of the platform all the best. When you purchase raw materials from the platform, you can reject them upon inspection and refund.
- The buyer must inspect before purchasing
- The condition of the product must be considered for rejection, An adult can be retrieved in the following cases:
• Different physical or chemical state of the origin of the material.
• Weight difference (here part of the amount can be refunded)
• The difference of the product from the image shown
• Cleanliness of the article about the advertisement
• Any difference loses the material price from the advertisement
Note - The amounts can be refunded without any excuse with the deduction of the agreed percentage (one baisa per kg) to be on the buyer who withdrew from the deal.
- Advertising amounts and subscriptions are non-refundable.
